This company was under a court order to withhold wage garnishment from employee pay checks and they did, what they didn't do was sent the garnishment to the WV Child Advocates Office, they stole the child support monies that the fathers had earned and are now still responsible for. The company has now filed bankruptcy. I also understand that they are opening another company under another name. Are they going to get away with embezelling from payroll, misapproiation of funds, larcency I beleive all of this is punishable by prision time. My child has had to do without because these people have taken money from fathers and done what with it. I'll bet they had a better time with it than what I would have done like buy medicine that is taken on a daily basis, buy food, clothes and lunch money for school. I guess that wasn't as important as what they needed the money for. I just want everyone to be extra careful with these people. If they won't take care of there employees or consider stealing from children, what makes you think they will take care of your home.
