ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE DECEPTIVE, Liars, Changes owners way to much, Obnoxious so on.... Stuff damaged, missing!!!!!! Ardsley New York

My mother went and used ALL MY SONS, moving and storage in 3/04 and also in 11/04. First time the movers came, they did not put everything down on the paper, Steve was the one who moved us. We went and had some agruements with JOhn the owner at that time. Briefly, my mother had precious antiques that went into the storage. Furniture from the 1800's and even earlier. We had all the china put into storage, the sterling so on. Not crap!! We had 5 crates just from that one time. NOW the 2nd time the movers came, they poked and took there time that they racked up so much money it was ridiclious. Complained again to the then owner, JOhn. Again we were ignored. NOw we were paying each month, the Owner John would never call, never received a bill, even though we were told numerious times we were sent one. Yeah ok sure. Then all of a sudden I got a nasty call from john for the one payment we owed. A threatening voicemail! I was not amused this is my mothers precious items. Paid him what he wanted, again never heard from them again. Now my mother and I got very upset, we actually drove down to the storage place, not only was the owner no longer John, It was now Nick, they were moving on top it. Kept acting like we do not know where ur stuff is so on. I like what the hell is wrong with u people, brought the papers and everything. Nick at the time told us to give him so time. We tried to be amiacable. I cannot tell u how many times I have left messages for Nick it was ridicilous never a call back.

FInally I said to my mother, we are driving down. So we drove down, he had some of our stuff in a milage of a pile. We were not amused, we had so much stuff missing, like 65 boxes/rubbermaids that were not there. Let alone the bedroom sets, and otehr things. Nick, said oh give him more time. That was in Nov, paid him 2 grand right then and there. Wanted him to bring the items back up to the house, so it would not be there anymore. Called and called so on, again never called back.

So now it comes the end of march, was told well come down we ar enot sure we have all ur stuff so on. NOt amused now at all. Had an appointment on JUne 4th. SO mother, my fiance and I heard down, mind u the trip takes over an hr to get there. NOw the same day we get a letter from an insurance company about we have to have an accessor with us when we are looking at the furniture. Thought this was odd. Well we show up, only 3 crates are open and then it when the worst comes out. NOT only it was another NEW OWNER!!!!!! BUT........... OUr items were covered and still soaking in water. If we had been told earlier about the warehouse place was flooded with not only water but sewage, we could have gotten to the items earlier. BUT NO!!!!! WE were never notified!!!!!! So now the 'new' owner has to tell us, blah blah blah blah. THe FURNITURE Was ruined, the cherry mahogany buffet and dining room set, just crumbles in our hands. THis was not crap stuff, no one's stuff is, but to have anyones things treated like this is deplorable. NOw again we only had 3 crates, they supposivley had another crated which we only saw the next day. PLUS so much was missing!!!!!!! AND DESTROYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On tuesday I went to a uhaul and rented a truck, drove down with friends, my mother in the meantime had to stay at home, she was so devestated about monday I could not have her go down again. The mental anguish that was thrown on her, is so wrong!!!!

We were almost giving a hard time to get the furniture. The new owner Eddie tried to be nice, but George was so much better. I was like I am here now, It costed me $300 that day to get my own stuff and pack the truck. We are still msising so much. That is nto counting when we got home had to unload the entire truck and then start going through rubbermaids that were soaked in sewage and water!!!!!!

Nothing could ever compensate for this injustice!!!!!
We are looking to sue for the mental anquish, the furniture to at least be either refurbished or replaced, and all the other missing items that are very hard to replace!!!!!!!!
