We are so unhappy and disappointed that we gave this company over $50,000 and have a pool that does not work. They promised everything at signing a contract but did not deliver. Our dual heating system has not worked since completion and it has cost us another $1,600 in propane lost. The controls to the pool do not work.
The surface and tiles are poor quality and workmanship. The communication was near non existent during construction. We were promised the pool would be done by thanksgiving, it was not. Now at Easter, we still can not use it. They say they will fix it, but never do. They say we will get 2 months pool service, they never do. Buyer beware. We were ripped off big time!

It was not our inability to work our pool!

They finally did what they were suppose to do with the heating systems in the first place! We maintain our service contract with All-Seasons because of the strict conditions of their warranty. Other pool service companies shy'd away after reading their warranty requirements. Controls from mobile devices still not working right. They did some follow-up to resolve problems with their plumbing, but it was not our inability to use the pool controls. We acknowledge and appreciate their efforts to resolve the problems, but it isn't perfect!

There were some issues with the operation of the automation on the Buchannan’s new pool regarding their dual heating system. The Buchannan’s were accidentally leaving their spa heater on and running the tank empty. Once the spa shut off, the system was switching back into pool mode and would continue using gas throughout the day or night. After several attempts to teach the customer how to operate both the heaters through the automation we decided to re-plumb the system so they could not accidentally leave the gas heater for the spa on and run their propane tank down.
The only drawback to this set up is the gas heater cannot be used to heat the pool anymore in the cooler months and the Buchannan’s will have to rely on the electric heat pump for the heating of the pool year round.
They are happy with their pool now and are still a customer. They pay us to maintain their pool on our service route.
