Make your own success story: At just 19 years old, Billy Nolan was given the opportunity of a lifetime. The onetime high school sports star who was eyeing a scholarship from New Mexico State University had knee surgery that cut his future in sports short, however, after many struggles coupled with hard work, he ended up opening his own fragrance business A 2009 "New York Times" articles estimates the perfume industry rakes in annual sales at an astounding $25 billion to $30 Billion. He decided to design, produce and promote his own fragrance line and created All Star Motivation. His success did not happen overnight, it took him nearly nine years of dedicated hard work to make All Star Motivation the success it is today.

In July 2010, Nolan launched 10 fragrances and his own clothing line that turned into an instant success. He has seven locations and 14 exclusive marketing companies distributing the brand all across the United States. Sales are skyrocketing and his is launching a new Signature Series Brand right before Christmas. All Star Motivation is expanding all over Southern Nevada in places such as Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas, as well as Phoenix, Southern California, Denver and Miami. Nolan promotes a motivating work environment to where it is fun and exciting to actually go to work every day and show people that hard work pays off.
