Allance Law Center Sean Burns Guaranteed full refund if they were not sucessful with my home loan modification. Rancho Bernardo, , California

December of 2008 I received a letter from Alliance Law Center, I decided to call Alliance Law Center at which time I was transfered to Sean Burns,  Sean assured me that the company was experienced with loan modifications and that they (Alliance Law Center) Guaranteed that if they were unable to get my modification they would give me a full refund of my investment. (4,500 )

Sean also stated the the modification should take aprox  90 days, and that  if I have any questions I could call him  and that he would be there to answer my questions  well after 3 weeks the call back took days  Then I was transfered to another person ,and then another person, two and a half months into the process I left a couple of angry messages, This person informed me the the banks are not doing modifications for 30 days, they are waiting for President Obahma Modification guidelines are going to be. Had problems getting in touch with anyone at the law center ,around 5 monthes into the process I came home to find a notice of Intent To Sell  taped to my front door. I called Alliance they next  day left message , I recieved no return call, so I e-mailed a angry notice, they were able to put off the sale of the  home for another 30 days, to finally work on the modification.

the process went the full 30 days, at which time the bank turned down my modification, and that the home was goin to the auction for sale the following day at 10:00 am they also informed me that I could reaply in two months. The next day I went down to the bankruptcy courts and filed a Emergency Chapter 13, To give my self time so I could apply for loan modification my self.
