Be AWARE Alliance has not only ripped off myself but over 2,000 other small business owners across America. Myself and a few others have contacted these victims and have yet to find ONE satisfied customer. We are in the process of a class action lawsuit. We have over 7 lawfirms fighting to get the case.

Anyone who is saying anything postive about this company is one of the owners/partners driving the Corvette BMW Volvo and going on the trips etc..while stealing from small American business owners.

Lesli is correct in everything she says, as a matter of fact she was my rep at the company when she worked there.

This is an ex-employee with morals, unlike the owners/partners who probably are the ones giving rave reviews on this site.

2,000 and still counting

You wonder why

AUTHOR: Marcus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 25, 2006

If you wonder why the Feds, banks, local authorities are not involved? As unbelievable as it sounds to you people, if this company has sold just ONE business they are doing their job. So no bank, police department, or government agency is interested.

Here is a question for you all as well...if you have contacted EVERY client they have, which you have written, why are there people on here writing for information on how to get their money back? It means you have NOT contacted everyone. It also means there are people out there who have sold their businesses.

If its your goal to sell, just call this company and give them a little more time to actaully sell it. You may find all your unhappiness cured if that happens. Wasnt that your original goal? Why not let them try. That way you dont have to sue them, get a class action, involve the authorities.

None of that will work anyways. And I read one posting that said if a class action did succeed, it would probably leave every client with $45 each after attorneys costs! How sad. Call them or another broker and sell the business. You all seem to have some sort of report that shows the value. At the least its a good place to start. Tell me I am wrong, but be honest.lLt them sell your business and say your sorry for getting over-anxious!

HELP THE 2,000 VICTIMS

Does anyone know why the Feds haven't stepped in on the committed internet & mail fraud by Alliance? I believe that there's also Credit Card fraud involved. The credit card companies should be contacted, so they stop accepting charges from Alliance.

Not all victims have been contacted by any attorneys or others in the same boat. There must be a way to screen the real people and join forces. Alliance surely know the list of people they scamed, and are probably hidding the funds.
