I took my vehicle there with a loud nose and wobble in the front in. It was driven test driven and I was told is was the transmission and they could do nothing about it. Since I recently replaced the transmission i knew this was wrong, however I was on my way to visit my terminally ill father at the time so I went to Missouri for that sad duty. The drive was difficult but after returning to Baton Rouge, I took it back in and was told, but another tech, that it was the cv axle mount and it needed to be replaced. That was done and I then went back to Missour for my father's funeral (he passed away right after I got home). The vehicle traveled well for about 200 miles and began to fail again with time with a terribly loud noise. After I returned from the funeral, I took it back in and was told that the rod ends were going out and they tightened them, at this point I didn't believe anything that was said and complained to the regional mgr. He sent me to another location where they determined that the ends were fine and that there was a cross threading problem that was causing the entire thing. So the original diagnosis was not only irresponsibly incorrect, but the repair that i was charged for was either not necessary or not done, I'm still trying to figure that part out. If you have problems with your car take it ANYWHERE but to the Florida Blvd. location. However in all fairness the manager of the Airline Highway location was great. He listened, responded, and worked until the job was done.
