I cancelled my Sprint PCS phone in Sept of 2002 and made payment arangements. I held to those arrangements and paid Sprint PCS. I also received a credit for early termination. I thought all was fine. There service worked well, but I needed 2 way radio.

In or around July of 2003 I received a phone call from a collection agency claiming I needed to send them $111.00 for Sprint pcs. I explained to them the account was paid. They also asked me for my address and home phone number(they called my workplace), because they said they didn't have that information on file. I thought this was odd, and refused, telling them that I don't give out personal information to people I dont know. I never heard from them again.

About the middle of Dec 2003, I receive another call. This time from Allied Interstate, claiming I owe Sprint PCS $111.00. Again I tell them that this matter was settled a year ago and I had fulfilled the arrangements made with Sprint PCS.

Today, Feb 02,2004 I get an email from "credit watch" monitoring agency. And I sign on, an there it is, Allied Interstate, for Sprint PCS. They completely bypassed my right to dispute the information, sent absolutely nothing to me in writing and now I have to figure a way to correct this.

I called Sprint PCS and they say even if it's paid, it will stay on my record. UNACCEPTABLE. I was never informed by anyone an amount was due.

It figures that George responded with a RUDE rebuttal....he is (or was) an employee of Allied's!! This is just further proof of the rude and arrogant agents Allied has working for them. I, too, have had nothing but problems but I intend to file complaints against Allied as soon as possible.

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Obviously misinformed

Obviously you have no idea how buisness works. Or, maybe my post wasnt clear as to why there shouldnt of been an early termination. I purchased a phone from a Sprint Center. They didnt have the phone I wanted, Samsung Speaker phone, so i took a lower one. I was told to go online and purchase the model I wanted when it was available, and did. The phone arrived WITH a new phone number. Which wasnt what was specified. SO, the new number was cancelled and the old number put on the new phone. Somehow my contract got started over. Thats it. I didnt purchase the phone on some special price with a new contract. I paid full price for it.

PS, when a customer spends several thousand dollars a year on communications, company's are willing to waive ceratin fee's to keep in good standing for any future buisness, GEORGE.

Never the less, I actually contacted allied and they were quite willing to ***REMOVE*** the item from all 3 creditors, not as paid, which we settled, my bad sence for not "getting it in writting".

And GEORGE, A dead beat is someone that knows they have a monitary commitement and refuses to pay it. Neither Sprint or Allied had my address or SSN, so up until I was contacted, i had no idea of any balance due.

This one is f ing nuts. I am going to cut and copy the entire complaint on this rebuttal, and my comments between ***and*** will be responses to the proceeding allegation/complaint

I cancelled my Sprint PCS phone in Sept of 2002 and made payment arangements. I held to those arrangements and paid Sprint PCS. I also received a credit for early termination.***You get a fine for early termination you silly head not a credit this could be where the problem started*** I thought all was fine. There service worked well,***Sprint Service sucks but thats not an argument for this site*** but I needed 2 way radio.

In or around July of 2003 I received a phone call from a collection agency claiming I needed to send them $111.00 for Sprint pcs.***refer to here later on you will know when*** I explained to them the account was paid.***Prove it your word means sh*t buddy*** They also asked me for my address and home phone number(they called my workplace),***Dont lie now, you moved and dindt update forwarding information to sprint*** because they said they didn't have that information on file. I thought this was odd, and refused, telling them that I don't give out personal information to people I dont know.***Again dont lie, you just have a lot of debts and dont want a creditor to find you its okay i do the same thing*** I never heard from them again. ***What a p***y footing company***

About the middle of Dec 2003, I receive another call. This time from Allied Interstate, claiming I owe Sprint PCS $111.00.***Sprint hired us*** Again I tell them that this matter was settled a year ago and I had fulfilled the arrangements made with Sprint PCS. ***PROVE IT***

Today, Feb 02,2004 I get an email from "credit watch" monitoring agency. And I sign on, an there it is, Allied Interstate, for Sprint PCS. They completely bypassed my right to dispute the information,***IT is not the collection agency nor the creditors job to find you, if we dont have current information then we assume as the credit bureaus do that you are "AN INTENTIONAL SKIP" meaning in a nuts hell, your hiding from your debt*** sent absolutely nothing to me in writing***DUh where was it supposed to go your old adress?*** and now I have to figure a way to correct this.**Prove you paid the entire balance or that in writing a settlement was offered and the conditions were met ...by you? (dont worry about that suggestion you didn't pay it, but thats okay we all have bills we dont pay)***

I called Sprint PCS and they say even if it's paid, it will stay on my record. UNACCEPTABLE. I was never informed by anyone an amount was due.***Remember when i said refer back to here further up on your complaint?.... Obviously you were informed LOL***

Solution, Pay Your Bill This Is Cut And Dry, Dont bother responding to this for my sake, i won't see, but respond if it will make you feel better, some febtors, need to try and convince themselves their not really dead beats.
