I found a more efficient company to handle my auto insurance. Once I had purchased auto insurance with 21st Century, I cancelled the existing insurance with Allstate. Allstate must refund 10 days of auto insurance to me but when I call the office in Coral Springs, Joy Fedelin, they choose to act dumb when I ask for my refund. This company is a huge RIPOFF. Beware consumers, they are money grabbers!!

Most don't refund on a linear scale.  Their MAY be fees associated with policy issuance costs.

Even if they did, you say they owe you for TEN DAYS..what's that worth?
