Allstate/Monica Foggie False investigation. No one did an investigation on my accident but assumed that I am at fault. Roanoke Virginia

 First off you were deemed at fault by law enforcement and whenever anyone says that out of nowhere a 3 to 8 thousand pound vehicle slammed into them typically means you did not bother to look. I'm not saying you are at fault, its just that 100% of the time with that statement its the one who said it's fault plus law enforcement deemed you at fault. Trust me a car has to be traveling at least a hundred and twenty miles an hour to appear out of nowhere and you would be dead or have severe medical problems at the time if the accident. Second the client's insurance company doesnt have to do anything for you. An insurance company has only the interest of their client in mind, if you had insurance at the time you would of been able to have someone cater to your questions. Third, today having no insurance in my county is a ticket to jail time automatically. Only 30 day so you are extremely lucky with being where you are. Insurance is extremely important and plus you made it more difficult with the person you failed to yield to. Police are trained to be able to tell how an accident happened from its not rocket science to forensic stuff. Its obvious with a simple fail to yield case. No complaints should come from your end at all, you break the law, twice in fact and a complaint dares to come to your mind? If you can't afford to drive then don't, comment like "I can't afford insurance" need to get out of the food stamp line and to a call center job. I get it I'm 24, single mother of two with no help, not some chick with mommy and daddy, I mean no help living in oc paying my own way and have insurance so really no excuse at all. Plus I have a full time job with multiple felonies on my record including violence so put down whatever habit or unnecessary bill you have and get liability or get off the road. If I'm able to turn my life around you can get insurance or get off the road and complain about how screwed up it is that you are lucky to not be in jail.

Okay so I break this down, it looks like there are two main points.

You were involved in an accident and the police cited you at fault for failure to yield.

You did NOT have valid insurance at the time of the accident.

Now, because of these two things you somehow think that the problem is the Insurance Company?  Sorry but perhaps in your alternate Universe this is the case, but for people who deal in reality there is only one person who is to blame for your situation.  You see this person everytime you look in a mirror.

You may or may not be poor, but you are definately NOT innocent.

 YOU were found to be the person responsible BY THE POLICE!!! You even tell us this in your own words. While YOU may not agree, the insurance company doesn't have to do an investigation BECAUSE THE POLICE DID IT!!!! If law enforcement has determined that YOU were at fault, then YOU are at fault!!!! Its not some great mystery!!! YOUR poor driving is what caused this accident and NOW you wish to dispute this WELL AFTER THE INCIDENT IS OVER!!!!! Sounds to me that YOU don't want to take responsibility for the actions YOU caused. YOU need to learn to accept that YOU ARE NOT AS PERFECT AS YOU THINK YOU ARE!!!!! YOU ARE HUMAN!!! SO YOU MAKE MISTAKES!!!!!! are YOU not an adult?? Don't YOU think that instead of going online and spreading YOUR petty vengeance for THEM holding YOU accountable, YOUR time would be better spent LEARNING TO DRIVE BETTER??? Just saying that the POLICE have found YOU at fault by witness accounts and PHYSICAL EVIDENCE!!! Kinda hard to say YOU didn't cause said accident when the evidence says otherwise. Pay what YOU LEGALLY OWE and move on with your life. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN RIPPED OFF!!!!! Being held accountable is NOT A RIPOFF!!!! Then YOU admit to either NOT HAVING INSURANCE or NOT HAVING PROOF OF INSURANCE. BOTH of which is a nasty fine and REALLY shows YOUR mindset. So SLOPPY PROCEEDURES LEADS TO YOUR SLOPPY DRIVING!! How can ANYONE take YOUR STORY seriously when you admit to being irresponsible,inattentive, and just basically piss poor driving? You are right about one thing at least. The prisons ARE full of people JUST LIKE YOU!!! People who couldn't take responsibility. People who will LIE just so they don't have to pay their part. People who are just NOT NICE PEOPLE!!! YOU claim its the insurance companies GREED that is causing YOUR issue when the reality is that YOU are paying for YOUR MISTAKE and NOTHING MORE!!!!
