Allumiderm Allumieye cream SCAM on subscription charge and trial period Costa Mesa California

I ordered a "free" sample of a product called Allumiderm via a Facebook ad.  The shipping was $4.95.  I saw no mention of continuing charges or "membership" of any type.  However today a charge of $89.95 showed up on my charge card. My credit card company immediately alerted me of potential fraudulent charge, and told me to call the company and cancel the "subscription."  When I called, the agent had the nerve to tell me that I need to pay the balance for the cream, which came with the serum that I did not order.  My credit card company had declined to pay for the cream when Allumiderm attempted to charge for it.  When I refused to pay, the agent I spoke to had the nerve to tell me that they'll send the case to collections if I refuse to pay and it'll affect my credit.  I said I'm calling to cancel today to get a refund.  She said no refund will be given because even though today's the 14th day, I should have called to cancel before the credit card charge showed up.  She said I should have paid attention to fine prints and that I signed up for the trial.  I can put the charge in dispute and my credit card company will not make payment.  I've seen other complaints about this company on your site.  The bill on my credit card said nothing about Allumiderm but was JIS Youth Skin Remedy.
