Allumiere Scam, Nondisclosure that 14 day FREE trial is actually 13 and NOT FREE before being charged. When I call the company, they basically kept saying "charged are automated and there's nothing they can do".. Internet

I ordered the Free 14 day trial of Allumiere anti aging serum and hydrofirm cream paying a total of $14.85. It was understood I could cancel anytime within the 14 day trial period. On the 14th day I was charged $195.82 prior to the time in which I initially ordered the product making it NOT a complete 14 day trial (13 days). I called to cancel and was told that it had been 14 days and the charges are automated so there is nothing they could do. If automated, it is timed stamped; therefore, charges should not occur until the full time (24 hours) has elapsed from inital order placement. Since product was never opened I offered to return the product so they could reverse the charges and I would only be out of pocket the $14.85. Company kept insisting they could not because it was past 14 days. (not true) A day in this century is considered to be 24 hours. They ageed to cancel future orders but the $195.82 still remained.
I was still not satisfied. I made a second call and explained the situation. Got the same response from second representative as I did the first. (Fast talk and run around) I insisted on speaking to someone else (supervisor or higher authority). I was told they were in a meeting, then I was told they were TOO busy. Then I asked for names, a time I could call back, and an extention where they could be reached. I was given two first names but no phone number nor extention from the number I called. When I said I would see what the BBB could do, a "senior supervisor" miraculously appeared. I personally believe it was another representative. This "supervisor" gave me the same speech but however did agree to take 50% off the charges. They said it could take up to 2 weeks for reversal to take place and the would email me a confirmation.
At this time, I thought 50% is better than nothing. Upon checking my email, I see they're refunding less that 25% (48.70). This is fraudulent and deceptive advertising. No customer satisfaction here.
