Alluminderm failed to issue me a full refund Internet

I signed up for a "free trial offer" after paying the 4.95 and 5.95 shipping fee.  I received the face and eye cream.  Just 2 weeks later I am charged 176.90 out of my bank account.  I called to cancel my subscription and to request my money be returned as I just received the trial and haven't had the chance to truly try it.  I was told by "Diego" that I signed a "contract" and he would not be able to refund my money.   He kept trying to convince me to try the product and how happy I would be with it.  He was even going to send my another bottle "free".....in the end I got 50% of my money returned.   Pretty crappy marketing scheme.
