Do not sign up for insurance (Alliance Global right now), they have 17 pages of exclusions they only send to you after you pay for the policy. You read the one liner and it gives you the impression that if your travel arrangements change, the insurance will cover you....not. What they do not tell you is you need to read the 17 pages within the first 10 days and then cancel if you do not agree. So beware. Hotwire will give you about $200 to fly the same airlines within the same year but that is it. Do not sign up for the insurance unless you read the whole 17 pages! You probably can google the pages before and read before you pay.
