I ordered product from AloeCure on 6/27/2011.  The customer service representative said I had to order 12 bottle, in which case I would get 6 free, costing $169.90.  I only wanted 1 bottle to try it first but I was told I had to order the 18 bottle deal.  That's a lot of money, but the sales representative said the product is fantastic, and that it works for basically everyone.  Plus, he kept conforting me with the fact that I could return the product if it in fact did not work for me.

I expressed my concern that Aloe products in the past have cause intestinal issues (really loose stools).  He assured me that their product had that particular component that causes such side effects removed.  He also reassured me that if the product didn't work for me that I could return it for a full refund.  So I was so optimistic and excited about trying this product.

Unfortunately the product did in fact cause intestinal problems, in a major way.  I was really disappointed.  So I called customer service to find out what the procedure was to return the product.  They informed me that I can no longer return it.  They have a 30-day return policy.  Now they tell me!!!  I was NEVER told this by the sales agent when I ordered the product.  The sales agent actually advised me to take a low dosage and increase it slowly, taking my time, which I did.  Now they tell me they won't accept the return!  This is so misleading and deceptive.  I've only opened one bottle, and would willing package the box and ship it back so I can get my full refund, but they were very unpleasant and said they would not accept the return.

They said the invoice states that you have to return it in 30 days.  There was no invoice in my shipment!!  I kept EVERYTHING they sent me.  No invoice stating that there was only a 30-day return period.  And actually, it was only 60 days since I order the product, certainly they should have honored the return.  The only sheet I had in my box was a letter 'From the Desk of Customer Service.'  This letter actually described the steps to follow when first starting to take the product.  Those steps include a gradual increase over a 5 week period.  This alone would put people over the 30 day period.

I couldn't be more dissatisfied with this company.  They should have told me over the phone that I could only return it within 30 days.  Instead they neglected to ever mention this, and only told me how I didn't have to worry if it didn't work for me because there was a 100% moneyback guarantee.
