A wood fence was installed on my property on July 14 2015. I immediately notified the owner that the fence had numerous cracks and warping. In addition the top of the fence line was not level and had many gaps at the bottom. Overall it gave a very poor installion impression. Some of the wood planks were replaced but no other issue was addressed. The owner stated that the ground is not level but the issue is with the top being uneven. I called in several fence installers for their opinion was I was told the samething in each case. The fence was not leveled properly and poor wood was used. Nothing professional about the installation. I also paid for a permit but never received a copy or final inspection. I feel that the entire fence should be removed and my money returned.

Five months after Alpha Fence installed a faulty fence they have not addressed the many issues including a gate that does not work. It is reprehensible that this company headed by Bill Hartman is still in business. His many more people will pay this company money and not receive what they are promised? A working, nice looking fence unlike what they installed on my property. A total fraud.
