Avoid this place as if it were the plague. Worst car buying experience ever in my 65 years of life. They new were coming up and yet the vehicle was not ready, not even close. Timing chain issues which they said was a minor noise from under the supercharger. Bad headlamp and other issues. I purchased the auto with written guarantees the issues would be fixed. Financing through my credit union approved. That was on April 1, 2017. I was told they would repair the truck and it would be ready in a few days. Today is the 13 of April and all I have heard are excuses after excuses.

I have made 4 trips up there already. It was supposed to be ready on the 5th, then the 7th, then the 10th, the 12 and now today the 13th of April, the same bullshit excuses why my truck is not ready yet. I was smart enough to record my conversations with these people. They knew I had to leave by the 15th to visit a family member out of state and yet here I sit. No car delivered yet.

I am certain they will come up with some excuse but as I said, I recorded these conversations and the work that was supposed to be done is in writing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!. Besides this complaint I have now filed one with the State Attorney and DMV. Starting Monday the 17th I will be charging them $1000 a day for every day I have to delay my trip and will have it enforced in court. Avoid this place.
