Fraudulent web content sexual s**t provider illegal account creation .....

A company called "Alyon Technologies Inc" with an address in Norcross Georgia is providing pornography over the Internet and is using the "law" to do it. They are bumping up against the edge of the (Telephone Disclosure and Dispute Resolution Act), the TDDRA and are acting as a delivery agent for the most unethical and immoral scheme I have seen in a long time. They have no physical address, operate only out of a PO Box, have only an 800 number (800-379-0239) which plays a message and hangs up on you.

They operate only by automatic website (www.Alyon.net) which does not accept disputes through email and only auto responds with a deliberately lengthy and complicated dispute process , none of which is required by law or in my opinion , enforceable .Their clients and services are the pornography industry, they have no online protection against content unsuited for minors, and in fact state it is up to the consumer to proactively decline their services, by declining through net protection software. They insist they scheme is legal under several laws and regulations, I however believe if they were investigated thoroughly you would find, in fact they are not.

How can we make the net safer when organizations such as these prey upon our children? The fact that a child can click Accept, in their opinion relieves them from any obligation under the law to determine the age of the viewer. They offer a free download, which then installs a dialer program to your computer (containing pornography and expletives). The program in turn then dials long distance into a proprietary server. Once the long distance call is complete, it then appears as if they use an 800 number trunk line and a caller ID program to bill outrageous per minute charges back to the consumer, for pay per viewing of their content.

If a minor child (as in my case) performs all of this, the law is circumvented, a child is exposed, and you get a bill at about $5.00 per minute and an Invoice as well as your normal long distance bill. In effect they are circumventing regulations pertaining to long distance service and prey on unsuspecting consumers with high dollar charges. If this is not illegal, it should be. It sure ticks me off. They do not file legitimate reports with the SEC and are most likely a sham business, or may be a shell operated by a criminal enterprise.
