This is a copy of a complaint sent by me to the FTC against Alyon Technologies. You may not know this, but this site has been under constant assault by these (censored) since the reports about them first appeared.

Alyon lawyers are doing all they can do to get US silenced by shutting down this site, by draining it financially and just wearing it out in court! When (censored)use our own system to try to silence us, that affects all Americans. It is intolerable!

Please flood the FTC with complaints about this. (You have my permission to cut and paste this complaint directly into the FTC complaint form if you like.)

After that is done, please pick up your checkbook or credit card and tell the ED "thanks" in a tangible way. There are a lot of "Thank yous" on this site and I know many of you have been helped in some way. I am sure that the Ed appreciates your notes of thanks, but lets face it folks; it doesn't pay the electric bill. Let's keep this site active for all our sakes!

I have not been a direct victim of this company, although I do know that it is under investigation.

I am a reader of a website called "Rip-Off Reports" which I believe was instrumental in the identification and information exchange necessary to expose the (censored) methods this company was using against American citizens.

This bunch of goons has filed a suit against the editor and the site (Rip-Off Reports)for the purposes of having all posts concerned with Alyon Technologies removed. Since the posters on the site were direct victims, they have every right to voice their complaints in a public forum. I believe it is also a deliberate attempt to bankrupt the site and put it out of commission permanently.

I feel that this site is a valuable tool for consumers in this country as it gives a broad overview of problems, not with just one company, but across an entire industry.

I would like to see an immediate cessation of the harrassment by Alyon's lawyers against this site, at least until these investigations against Alyon are complete.

This attempt by Alyon is a direct assault on the rights of victims in America to speak out against aggressors. This company should not be allowed to carry on with this while its own integrity is in doubt. The very fact that Alyon is able to use our own legal system against Americans in this way is outrageous! Please help us, the consumers."
