Amazon Kindle is scamming parents by not having password protection on the kindle app. My 7 yr old agreed to a monthly subscription for 9.99 per month 8 months ago and purchased books. He ran up a bill of over $100 in fees without my knowledge or approval. They know about this issue as the FTC filed a lawsuit against them in 2014 for this. They dont care because they know even if the parent catches it, its too late. They would only refund 3 months and is trying to keep the rest for themselves. This is credit card fraud charging my card without my approval. I filed complaints withe the FTC, the bbb, and now you. Its amazing how they have passwords on their shopping side but not the kindle side.
