amazon amazon suspending sellers accounts for no reason making us lose our income seattle, Washington

amazon refunds buyers and lets them keep sellers product and the money.

i have several lawyers that want my case.we were suspended for no reason.

Did y'all get combative with them over a refund they allowed a customer? Did you have any dispute with a customer that ended up in their hands due to you not resolving it on your own? They expect all sellers to be as easy on customers as they are and that means you ship with the risk that they can award refunds even without the buyer shipping whatever back.

Amazon is not going to go around and just randomly suspend people if there are no issues with their account.  So whether or not you agree with the reason I bet that they have told you why. 

But if they won't reinstate your account why not try one of the other sites, I am sure you can think of at least one other major site..here is a hint it begins with an E.

As for them holding the funds.  If you read your agreement I would bet that you give them the right to hold funds for a certain period of time, and the reason that they are doing it is to make sure no additional claims for refunds are placed against your account.  So any lawsuit you try to file where you either want to force them to reinstate your account or release your funds would go no where.
