Cybersonic Toothbrush Amden Corporation ripoff Torrance California

Cybersonic Toothbrush Rip-off No Replacement Brushes. I purchased a cybersonic toothbrush in Sept. 2001, when brushes broke I tried to contact in december through the 1 800 number with no success.

I sent an email in january 2002, received a reply late february from Cynthia Reyes at Amden Corp. She promised brushes were on the way. Nothing came, sent another email after 6 weeks, she replied wait 10 business days.

Waited 14 business days now into april, no brushes, another email, her reply wrong postal code for Canada. I sent her again my correct address.

Than I saw another tv ad, phoned 1 800 770 7525, spoke to a customer rep. she was able to call up my email, said the brushes had been sent to British Columbia, apparently corrected my address and promised 4 replacements, now it's may and still waiting for replacement brushes.

To say I'm dissapointed is an understatement.
