AMDG, Mr. Greg Morse Scammed, LIED, Fabricated, Stole 4500 HARD earned dollars from my family. Atlanta, Georgia

The report is about how someone paid for schooling and the classes never happened so he is seeking recourse. What does it have to do with the debt and collection agency rant you two are on about?

I don't know where you are getting your information, but you might want to find a different source. YES i do pay my bills on time and NO i have NEVER filed for bankruptcy. That was my money they decided to steal, not yours. So how about some Food for Thought for you, If a company steals money from anyone YES they are criminals and if a bill collector calls someone they are just doing their job. Maybe you should heed your own words "Karma can be a b***h".  Go bark up a different tree Pal.

applied for and paid for CSX conductor training school through AMDG. I was told that this was the only school that i could take at the time for CSX. I met with the recruiter and decided to apply. 
I was given a class start date (of course after i paid) then found out the Friday before the class was to begin (Monday) that it was postponed. No one even took the time to notify me. I was supposed to travel from Indiana to Georgia.

Another class date was set and again that class was postponed. Then another.  

I was told multiple times that the class was going to take place, then i was told they weren't sure when the class was going to take place. Finally I submitted my notice for refund within the guidlines per AMDG. I have not received my refund. Instead i received notice that the company was in financial trouble. (so you steal my money to try to save your hide?)

Mr Greg Morse would not take my call, he would not return my voicemail message, then his voicemail was full and would not accept messages. (must be a lot of irate people upset with Mr. Morse). Lance Duncan spoke with my wife through email then stopped all communication. Last Communication was February 2008.  

Not everyone has an extra $4500 to throw away.  That was hard earned money that my family needed. I tried to better our life and have a career that i could count on and retire with.

You owe me $4500 Mr. Morse!!

Today is 6 October 2009.  I submitted my refund application in November 2007.

I dont know h ow you pay your bills, I am assuming you pay them all on time.  But judging from the numbers of personal bankruptcies being files daily, lots of people dont.

This post confirms my argument that when bill collectors contact debtors to collect they are scum.  But when a company rips off someone, they are criminals.
