Amercian Traffic Solutions Fraudulent credit card charge Scottsdale, Arizona

I rented a car through Hertz in August of this year. After my business trip concluded I was checking my CC bill online and noticed several charges from a company called American Traffic Solutions. When I called them they told me that they has a contract with the state of Colorado to access a fee for toll charges and has a contract with Hertz for all Hertz rental cars. In other words if you rent a Hertz car at the Denver airport and leave the facility on a toll road American Traffic Solutions is taking pictures of all cars's license plates and running them through a database. If the rental car plate is in the database you are billed a toll fee. The kicker is that Hertz is sharing their client's (me) credit card information with this thrid party company without my permission. After calling American Traffic Solutions they said they were fully authorized to make the charges and I would have to take my problem to Hertz. Hertz's explanation was that one of the three reciepts that I was issued out of the automated machine at the airport contains language that "I am giving them permission to share CC information" by simply renting the car. This has class action written all over it!!!

So today 8 weeks after the original charges from American Traffic Solutions they charge my card again!!!
