Know that as a small company you are considered a commercial business when it comes to the American Arbitration Association guidelines. That means that you have to pay a minimum of $3,000.00 to file a complaint. Where as using small claim courts the cost is often much less. So when you sign an agreement or lease consider the real cost to file a complaint for an hour worth of work, as in my case.
