When I first went into the store, the so-called "Chinese" man tells me to go and have a seat, and then he asks for me to put my arm onto the table so that he can check my pulse!

However, before he checks my pulse, he asks me for $35 first before he can even start checking my pulse! After that, he proceeded to go around the store-room and starts to pull these herbs off of the shelf (in large quantities)!

He started talking fast (very nervously) telling me what the so-called "herbs" are for, but he had me confused because of his fast rate-of-speed! Nevertheless, I purchased some of his suggested herbs and I later found out that NONE of them had *expiration date's* on them, nor did he tell me how much these herb's were (as far as cost/pricing) or anything like that!

He wanted my credit card information, but he also tried to scam me out of my cash and/or debit card information as well! After I gave him my credit card and left the store, I felt like a *big* DUMBIE as I reviewed in my mind just what had transpired (went down or happened) and I instantly knew and felt that I had been SCAMMED out of my hard-earned money!!!

As a further note, even though the place is suppose to be a "Chinese Herbal" stpre, it is owned and run by a 72-year-old VIETNAMESE guy (named Philip Duong or Duong Lai Canh) who is *not* Chinese! Plus, he's an OLD scammer which means he's the *worst* kind of ripoff artist that anybody could EVER run into...

This Man Saved My Life

AUTHOR: MsA - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, April 21, 2017

This Chinese Herbal business has been around in Arlington for many years. When you visit the store, the Dr. does talk fast and the first thing he does is to diagnose you with your pulse. He is very good in this. I was seeing a traditional liver doctor, I had been prescribed Imran. Unknown to me, I was having an allergic reaction to the drug, however, my mom and I rushed to this man's business for help. I didn't know what was wrong, I was short of breathe and it felt like my chest was caving in. This man, told me that I had two choice and I had to act quickly, he had to give me herbal medicine right away or call 911. While he was talking he ran a got about 20 different combination of pills from different bottles. He got warm water and he instructed me to take the 20 pills all at once. I couldnt stop until they were all taken. He gave me the bottles he had open and got my number and called me for a week to make sure I was ok.  I was in bed for about 3 days but I was stable. After that my chest fully opened up and I had full lung capacity and I gained my stamina. I continue to take the herbs he gave me exactly how he instructed. When I went back to my liver doctor, my liver enzyme were stable, I had no further liver scaring, and my lungs were stable.

The Dr. charge a lot of money for all the herbs he recommend. (about 500.00 for a supply of 3 months). But you have to follow his regiment, it will help you. This Dr. is poor it seems, and he knows how sceptic people are of him. He does seem desparate with how he deals with his customers. He is good. But he does act strange. The herbs he gave me are made in Dallas my hand. They are good. But since his business is slow the herbs he has may have been there for a while. This is my only concern. I don't currently visit him, but I wish I could. My concern is the freshness of the herbs, and his combination of herbs he recommend is expensive.
