american credit solutions deceptive company tampa Florida

i got a yellow postcard in the mail, which stated i have been approved for a credit card with a 4000.00 dollar limit, i called the 1-800 number,he told me that i was approved but i needed to send him 199.00 within 30 days, and after 90 days my limit will go up to 7000.00, he said after 3 timely payments they will contact equifax and reestablish my credit, he told me to get a pen,told me to write his name down, his name was william seals, as i was writing his name down i decided to look up the company an the internet, i think he caught on by then, i asked him if i could call back and he said all of my info will be deleted, so if i called back there wouldnt be any record of the call then he hung up, i'm glad my computer was on so i could check on this fraudulant co. and i'm glad i didn't fall for this scam
