ACS ripoff business that the BBB should get ahold of .....

I received a Credit Approval Notification card in the mail saying I was approved for a credit card with a $4000.00 limit, call 1 888-817-4795 for immediate activation. So I called and talked to a lady and she said it was going to cost $199.95 because this was an "unsecured" credit card. Because my credit status is not real good, I thought this would be a good way to re-establish my credit. I gave my account # and authorised the company to withdraw the amout needed.

Then I spacificaly asked what kind of credit card this is, and she says well actually you will be receiving 2 cards. One is an unsecured Visa with a limit of $4000.00, and the other is a platnum company card, where you can order off the web site or out of the magizine they send. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for my card, a package finaly came in the mail containing a 500 page magizine, which all 500 pages were covered with things that looked so cheap the magizine editor couldnt even make them look decent, and some at out ragous prices. So yesterday I called ACS back and told this *** **** that I didnt receive what this lady had promised, he put me on hold for about 10 minuets and then had to put me on hold again for anouther 10 or 15 minuets then came back on and says, well all I can tell you is to call back in a week or two and request a recording of the taped conversation where the lady "named Karen by the way" told you that you would receive a Visa with a credit line of $4000.00, well that is when I knew I had been had, because I never told that guy that she had said it was a "VISA" with a credit line of $4000.00. So now I am out $200.00, and dont know where I am going to start on getting my money back, but I will, I can tell you that. I am not going to let the no good bloodsucking lying bastards take my money "and keep it". If anyone knows how to help,,, HELP!!
