American Credit Solutions fraudulent ripoff business that takes money and does not deliver goods Tampa Florida

This company seems good upfront. They make you pay $200 upfront,under the pretenses of getting a credit card that you can use anywhere. When you get the package of information you find that you have a false credit card that only allows you to buy items (from a catalog they sent) equal to about $150 and make 3 equal payment before sending the actual credit card.

I called the company (then being able to reach a person)and asked for a refund of my $200. They said I couldn't do that, so I went ahead and orderd some items. I have yet to get any items, have called and the 800 number is disconnected, and the other number can not reach a REAL person. I am sorry I ever got involved with this scam.
