I recieved a letter stating that I could recieve a visa card. They said I was pre-approved. They said all I have to do is send them a $200 security deposit. I did. And recieved a catalog credit card that allowed me to shop only out of their catalog. This is not what I wanted. I never recieved my security deposit back and almost 2 years have gone by.
