American Credit Solutions Ripped off and scammed Tampa Florida

The company sent a post card that stated I had been pre-approved for a card with a $4000 limit. I called the number. They proceeded to tell me that they would send me a card with a $4000 credit limit. All I had to do was give them $199.95.

They sounded legitimate and I was very interested in restablishing my credit. I gave them my checking account # so that they could with draw the money. This was on Oct 23, 2002.

I have yet to receive any further correspondence from the company. I called them on Dec. 5, 2002. When questioned about not receiving a packet, they stated that the packet had been returned to the warehouse. They said that I gave them the wrong address. I questioned this and provided them with the address again and had them read it back to me.

I have still not received any information from this company. I have attempted to contact the company again and all you get is a recording giving you an address.

Imagine my surprise when I go to research the company and find this. Lets get a lawsuit going and get them back.
