American Finco Highway Robbery Schaumburg Illinois

These people and highway robbers. When this account was established by a representative of Rainsoft. The sales person made all types of promises that never came true and what was told the system would do it doesn't. We were targeted not even a month after purchasing our home. The system itself was close to $7000 and now that the deferred payment portion is over I have made monthly payments of $141 totaling almost $1000. My account still reflects $7000 owed. They are robbing me by applying $129 to interest and $12.00 to the principle. I recently missed on payment and they quick to access a $39.00 late fee. I have requested that the interest be reduced by they claim not to be able to do so. After calling serveral times I finally told them that I refused to be rob like that and would not make another payment until the interest was reduced.
