American home Shield Manager has never called me back nor have they gotten my washer and dryer. Washer has been broke and was determined unfixable dryer is computerized to the washer so in order for my washer to work with the dryer it has to have a new dryer because the new one they want to possibly give me will not work with my dryer so I have been in limbo for over a week and no one called me back and I have no washer and dryer for three weeks now. They're rude ! They should be audited !!!! Nationwide

  I have the insurance American home Shield that is supposed to either fix all of the appliance when they break if they can't fix it they replace it with comparable to what you have. However this is not happened I still am waiting for a call from a manager which is now been five days it has been three weeks since my washer and dryer have been out of commission . The washer is computerized with the dryer the washer could not be fixed and was dimmable unrepairable which is to be replaced so the dryer will not work with any new washer because of the computer in it so they have to replace the dryer as well so they will speak back-and-forth to each other comparable to what I had and I'm still waiting crickets and I'm very very disappointed and mad and I paid for this insurance which is holding up my life!! They are very negative and nasty and will not put you with a manager they said they will call you back and they don't do not buy this insurance it is a rip off !!!!!!
