American Import Center Con Artists, Bullies and Liars OH MY ripoff Manassas Virginia

I am writing to express my EXTREME DIS-SATISFACTION with the American Import Center...

I applied online early the other morning.
Got a call from them first thing that same morning...
Spoke with a salesman and he told me I was pre-approved for a car loan. And to come on down today, I explained to him that I had no transportation and if I came there I had to take a taxi from Woodbridge. The salesman said he was going to try and find me a ride and he would call me right back. A few minutes later one of their finance guys called me and said the same thing, they were going to try and find me a ride.

As the day went on, they never called back with a ride, my husband called and asked what was up, and a whole bunch of people congratulated him on the loan and ASSURED us if we got down there we would drive a way in a car that day, because if we spent the money on a taxi there and we didn't get a car we had NO WAY to get back home, and they swore to us that we would leave with a car.

So we sucked it up and took a cab there ($40 taxi ride BTW), I had told them when they first called my entire credit situation and that I didn't have a co-signer and that my credit was in terrible shape but they kept saying over and over that I was pre-approved. But then when we got there, I needed a co-signerwell I have no one that will co-sign for me and they basically bullied us into asking a few family members (thank-fully their credit was no better than mine)

But in the end, guess what we didn't leave with a car, and almost ended up having to walk home, their lot boy was kind enough to drive us home (and he was the most professional out of the whole bunch of Con Artists, Bullies and Liars at AIC) all the finance people and salespeople started turning off lights and computers and putting on coats and heading to the door, and all one of them had to say to us was You gave it a good try..
My husband and I have both lived in this area for 40 yearswe have a lot of friends with kids at driving age. And you know what they say Poor Customer Service speaks louder than Good Customer Service. OH MY. OH MY
