After 3 years I am just now becoming aware of this report. The information contained there in is 100% false, backed by no proof or supporting documentation. I however, can back every claim I make and encourage anyone to contact me and/or just a few of my company references directly to discuss. I have uploaded images of my company set up documents to retain my services. Rip Off Report does not allow PDF attachments, so I had to take screen snapshots. I hope you can see them and read them. I had to minimize the size of each one. If not, I will email them to anyone that requests them.

I know exactly who wrote this report, but cannot provide his name for legality reasons even though I would like to. He is nothing more than a self glorified ambulance chaser. He is the jelous X boyfriend of my now X girlfriend and nothing more. We dated for a couple weeks before I broke up with her due to this drama the two of them created. I did not realize she was still interested in this man, nor did I realize that she was his mistress. He was cheating with her on his wife and two kids. They are both sick individuals in my opinion. He even stalked me at Best Buy and at my home. He is dangerous and delusional. I will be filing charges if I feel my company is being threatened any further beyond this ridiculous, slanderous attempt. This had nothing to do with any of my clients, American Mitigation Firm, the services my affiliate companies provide or there business associates, all of which are completely legitamite and have never been questioned. 

This is how stupid this man is; In an attempt to steel my business, he created a Facebook profile under a false, possibly stolen identity. There was a Johnathon Dailey that died close by, right around the same time this report and that profile was created. He totally contradicted himself. On Facebook he is glorifying my company and it's services, as you can see from the link below. If this response gets to him and he takes the profile down I included screen snapshots of that profile as well. This is what's really funny. In both instances he used the same name. So which is it smart guy, do you love me or hate me? Lol... I find that hysterical.

Facebook Fact: To date he only has 75 friends, all of whom i know personally, 64 are mutual FB friends of mine. Not one single friend listed under that profile are his own friends. They all came from my friends list. I guess he didn't have the common sense to realize they would contact me.

Facebook Fact: Not one single picture of the man or anyone else is given, just two scenic pictures.

Facebook Fact: Only a few posts were written by him at the exact same time he wrote the Rip Off Reports, then nothing more. The profile was completely ignored/abandoned right after it was created. A couple of my friends posted to him on his birthday even though they didn't know him. He did not respond. And a couple posted to him along with a blast to several other people. Again, he did not respond. That right there alone is proof enough and a pretty clear picture of what's going on here. To set the record straight - At the beginning of my real estate career, my partner and I registered many company names. We decided to do business under 3 of them and let the others go. More than a decade later I am still doing business under those 3 company names and no others. All were legally available, all were paid for and properly registered with the State Of Florida. The Articles Of Inorporation were sent to us, signed by the Governor. You can look it up under www.Sunbiz.org. I don't know what he's talking about other local companies. I checked, there are no other companies doing business in the state of Florida that have the same company name(s) as mine. I'd like to see him prove otherwise.

Fact: My company has never charged a single homeowner in foreclosure for our services. That is illegal, which he is no doubt un aware of. We make our money from the negotiation either from the buyer of the property, the realtors or the short selling lender, which is legal. I dare anyone to provide documenation otherwise. There was no talk of $5k compensation. Like everything else, that was a complete lie. Phone companies will send statements as far back as 5-7 years on average, sometimes farther back. This report was written only 3 years ago, so this shouldn't be a problem. I dare this individual to supply phone records showing incoming/outgoing calls to or from me or my affiliates. My telephone number has never changed.

Fact: My company does not negotiate Loan Modifications. To date, I have never processed a single Loan Modification. I refer that business to the attorney listed below.

Fact: You do now, but at the time you did not need to be a licensed realtor to negotiate Short Sales or Loan Modifications for someone else, you just needed their written authorization, so his claim is irrelevent and further proof of his deceit.

Fact: I have never given mortgage advice.

*It is true I have never been a mortgage broker, attorney or realtor, but I have never made claims to be otherwise. In fact every single client has to sign my company Disclaimer, which specifically discloses that. I encourage and refer my clients to those professionals. My company does professional bank negotiations. I was a short sale specialist hired by realtors and foreclosure defense attorneys. I worked with them on every single file. Feel free to check my provided references and call those individuals directly. They are awaiting all calls and would be happy to validate my claims as the truth.

Fact: I have never gone through bankruptcy.

*It is true I filed, but only to encourage a break in partnership with an old associate that was not doing his job, but taking half the profit. The idea came at the advice of my attorney. It worked. My partner allowed the split without any further compensation to him. I took ownership of the companies 100% and continued business. He went on to something else. A bankruptcy would've hurt him, not me at the time. In the real estate crash I lost a couple homes to foreclosure. That's why I started this work, to help those that found themselves in the same predicament by no fault of their own. After the split, my attorney contacted the court ordered trustee and dropped the filing. I never went to court and I never provided any business or personal documentation to complete the bankrutpcy. I would not have qualified anyway. And last I checked, filing bankruptcy or going through bankrutpcy is not illegal nor anything to be ashamed of, especially after the market crash in the early 2000's. Donald Trump, a presidential candidate in 2015, also filed for bankruptcy. Those laws are designed to help people, not destroy them further or billitel, disparage and denigrate them in our society. To even mention that in this report is disrespectful, for lack of a better word, to those that truly do need bankruptcy. To date, I have a very successful practice.

Fact: I have not given Johnathon Daily any bad advise as I have never met or spoken to anyone in my life by that name. However, I would be happy to do so if this person, who wrote this report and created the Facebook profile, would be willing to show himself in front of our separate attornies.

Fact: American Mitigation Firm has never had a client by the name Johnathon Daily. I would encourage this individual to produce any form legal agreement that would contradict this claim. Every client of mine must sign a contract, an Agreement To Select Processor, Authorization To Release Information, etc... All parties in the real estate transaction must sign and agree to my involvment, and all documents are forwarded to the homeowner(s) lender(s). I would also encourage this individual to provide the name of the person(s) that he claims referred him to me, and encourage that referal to post of Rip Off Report after supplying the same legal agreement to hire us. He won't because the documentation and those people(s) do not exist.

Fact: He made claims as to my experience. Any client or potential client are offered the chance to check my education, experience and company track record. If clients or potential clients do not take that opportunity they do so at their own discretion, therefor making such a claim irrelevant.

Fact: In over 10 years we have only lost 4 homes to foreclosure. All other cases have been successful. That is a mind boggling success rate. Just ask any realtor. Realty Trac (National statistic tracker for Realtors) claims a realtors short sale success rate to be below 50% at best.

Fact: There is no other bad press about our company on the internet other than his bogus reports. This individual filed a second false Rip Off Report. Again, highly slanderous. Please see my response to that one as well.

Fact: I don't know what he's talking about in regards to California under that report. That's just dumb. I haven't been to California or talked to anyone from or living in California since I was a kid, let alone looked up company names that are registered with that state. If someone else in this country legally registered a company under the same names as mine, the state of Florida would not have made them available in the first place. If they did, that was their mistake, not ours. The individual in question said we fraudulently used these company names. I dare him to prove it. At the time, he made the same exact claims to the Florida Bar and the State Attorney General. Both dismissed his filed reports under the same false name immediately after speaking to me. It took 20 minutes. One phone call and supplied documentation like I am now and nothing more became of it. If I wanted to spend the time and money I could probably prove the coward behind this and destroy him, but I don't have the time, the energy or the desire to go after ever nut job out there that has lose screws.
