American Tax Relief ripoff through U.S. Mail fraudulent service provider to assist in IRS tax issues Beverly Hills California

Pretty much the same as other people have written. Paid via credit card of $3,600.00 to take case of working with IRS regarding overdue past taxes. After initial contact and payment. Any other contact was every time I called and they needed more info. They were to stop garnishments right away and have done nothing. Case initiated August 2004 and now is end of April 2005 and nothing. Can't get return phone calls. Mr. Chana, Craig Dahl, Helen, Norma Garcia are the names of individuals the case was past on to each time. Sent letter back in January for refund. No response just now sent Certified Mail Return Receipt requested letter for same. Also contacted Post Office and they advised THIS IS MAIL FRAUD and to FILE A COMPLAINT directly WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE - go to USPS.COM and search for fraud - a complaint form will come up - please fill it out. The more complaints, the odds of something happening. Since we received the initial notification of this company via postcard in the mail, this is mail fraud.
