American Values - U Talk Unlimited p.o.box ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

Sometime last year i was promised free gas, and 2 movie tickets, all i had to do was provide a checking account number for verification. Based on that verification i would receive a paket containing the information i needed, but i had 7 days to veiw and make cancelations before they would take anything from my account. I received my packet in three days and decided that before thay take my money i would call and cancel. My bank statement came before i had the chance to cancel, before i could i had even received the packet by the statement they had taken the money from the account. 2 individual charges of 99.95 and 3 individual charges of 3.95. they sent the proper papers that i needed to fill out and i did and remailed the next day.

3weeks later i decided to call to see if they received it and she stated that they did, and they sent it to the financial department. several times i called and they said it was placed in the computer and made an emergency, and several times they told me that the checks were on the way. i continue to call and receive the same messages and still have not received a thing. today i told her that i would report them to the better business bureau and she told me to go ahead it didn't matter to her. i tried to but could not reach them. if any of you know how please let me know.
