These companys (Americas best windows & Energy Catchers) located in Garner N.C. is owned and operated by a person named Justin Betz. After doing some research we discovered he Mr. Betz was in a key manager position with a company called Advanced Metal roofing. That company folded over night and left all the customers stuck for any service problems. He then went and opened these compay's. He now has his ex-boss also from Advanced Metal now working with him and has him (Sean Nedeau) going into peoples homes to sell windows and his energy product. Mr. Nedeau just happens to be out on bail on some very. very serious criminal charges, so serious he has to wear an ankle monitor so the police knows where he is at all times. Mr. Justin Betz knowing about Mr. Nedeau's serious legal problems still allows this Mr. Nedeau person to be going into unsuspecting innocent peoples homes. Not sure if this is against the law, but the innocent public should be aware. Well one thing for sure, if the police want to know where Mr. Nedeau is, they don't have to go far, they just have to go to Mr. Justin Betz business ( Americas best windows in Garner North Carolina.

I am the president of America's Best Choice Windows and More. Justin Betz was a licensee of our company, but that relationship was terminated 22 months ago. Personal Attack On Emplyee No Longer With Company

This is obviousley a personal attack on an employee that worked for my company over 2 years ago! The person in question WAS ABSOLUTLY NOT A CONVICTED FELON at time of emplyment who worked for us from August to October 2013! and left the company in October 2013 to move back up north. I have tried to have this complaint removed becouse of its obvious personal attack and relationship with the previous employee which has NOTHING to due with our company practices! We are affiliated with 3 of the Largest box stores who require us to background check ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS! Furthermore I would NEVER hire someone who would put ANY of my customers OR MYSELF at risk! I will be happy to prove this fact and provide documentation. I am appauled at the fact this review is even valid! I tried to dispute this review but I am not willing to pay the THOUSANDS of dollars requested to do so. Please check out ALL of our REAL reviews posted EVERYWHERE online. Thank You.
