Worthless as toilet paper about as useful too. I am reporting to 20/20 television show and maybe they will be out of business if America is lucky. Most worthless company out there, people buy these to be protected against not knowing the condition of items in their homes they purchase and then when something does break they LIE their way out of covering it for one reason or another. DO NOT do business with this company the only thing they are good at is lying, cheating and stealing your money. 20/20 should do a story on their shifty business methods and how they are cheating Americans out of their hard earned money.
