AmeriGas LP ripoff of Employees especially women and managers in Amerigas and price gouging consumers AmeriGas Nationwide

AmeirGas has fired female managers for doing nothing but survuiving without training in a job that is hard even with the best training. One was fired without being given a proper notice and cannot get unemployment with the Department of Labor.

She is a hard working honest deep thinking individual who was "banished" by a Market Manager in the South area without any explanation other than trumped up charges. This company does it's management staff very poorly expecially women.

Look at the way managers have been forced to perform duties against other staff violating the EEOC and FSLA standards and you'll see curruption in AmeriGas throughout. Many managers and staff are afraid to complain due to retaliation. Favoritism is rampant in the company especially in the South all the way up to Personnel and beyond leading to no recourse for the dismissed employees or the still working employees to file complaints.

AmeriGas is gougeing the prices of propane especially since the hurricanes hit in New Orleans and the Deep South. Prices are as high as 3 dollras a gallon and up the highest anywhere. No wonder they care little for their employees since they care less for their customers.

Their cost for the propane is 2/3s lees than the 3 dollar and up prices. They can easliy charge 2 dollars and make a profit. Now they are charges additional transportation fees for delivery of gas to the customer to inflate their already fat banks of cash and profits.

My friend should have been given a chance to succeed. Of all people she deserved that chance. But with a company that is only concerned with money and not service and a good name can she have gotten any other chances than she got.

Customers deserve a product with good prices and service and not be RIPPED off without any other reason than to make AmeriGas rich. To make stocks go up?

Is this what Corporate America is all about? If so we should take it all down and start over. What's the worst that could happen we get treated as humans and live a better life. The worst that could happen is some stockholder doesn't make another million this year. Times is Hard!!!
