Americredit are scumbag thieves they lied about my payment then sent someone to reposess my car when I had been payed up according to their rep that I spoke to. then when I had my attourney contact them about having filed for bankruptsy they immediately hired a lawyer to file against me to get the car back so they could sell it instead of receiving my small monthly payment.
I AM STARTING A CLASS ACTION SUIT AS OF 3-20-09 SO PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH THIS SITE SO I CAN GET YOUR INFO TO MY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED IN THIS WITH THIS WITH ME.
THEY ARE THIEVES AND I WILL TAKE THEM DOWN!!!! MY ATTORNEY FEELS THIS IS A VERY STRONG CASE AS HE HAS READ ALOT OF THE STATEMENTS ON THIS SITE AND WANTS TO MAKE THEM PAY FOR THE COWARDESS ACTS THEY HAVE COMMITED AGAINST GOOD PEOPLE.

On what grounds are you filing the suit? What exactly did they do that was in violation of the contract you agreed to.
