Aliexpress.com, Supermarket Online Store --- My Love Beauty!!! , Yingxia Kuang, Yuanquan Kuang Item sent not as described. The seller has received the return and has not provided me with a refund. Buyer beware! Internet

Item was not as described! This was my exact order I ordered : “Hi please send the glueless style lace front wig, with attached combs and adjustable straps for a secure fit, medium size cap, medium brown color lace, hair color 1B/30, 120% hair density, hair length 18 inches, silky straight hair texture, bleached knots around the perimeter for a natural look, 100% human hair, at the total price of $114.00 USD.” I ordered my glueless lace front wig on 08/16/2013 and I received it via the US Postal service on 08/26/2013 in California, USA.  I specifically requested to bleach the knots and Supermarket Online Store --- My Love Beauty!!! selling on Aliexpress.com Did NOT bleach the knots. The hair that was delivered to me was damaged and the ends of the hair were ratty looking.

To top it off, you could see the tracks sewn in at the top, the parting space was excellent, but this overall lace front unit was a hot mess. I contacted the seller Mag L (Yingxia Kuang or Yuanquan Kuang) on 08/28/2013 to ask for a refund.

They ignored me and accused me of blackmail. So in September I filed a fraud claim with my bank. Finally, Aliexpress contacted me at the end of September and forced the seller to provide an address for me to return the wig. I spent $45 on shipping the wig back to them through USPS. Even though the lace was still is attached to the wig, they claimed that I used it.  Really? Even the worst lace front wig offender knows how to cut the lace off before they wear it. Buyer beware!

I cannot recommend buying this lace front from this seller, plenty of other sellers have the same style at a similar price. I was expecting a lace front of excellent quality just like the rest of the reviewers. The worst part is when they received the lace front unit back, they offered a partial refund of $94, even though they were wrong. They clearly have no idea what is going on because when I asked for the refund, they asked me for my Paypal account number. I don’t have a Paypal account, and I didn’t pay them using Paypal, I used my Visa card. It is now 10/10/2013 and I am still waiting on a  partial refund of $94. When I provided them my card number to issue the refund, they stated that one of their workers had to go to the bank to fill out some forms before the refund could be processed .Really? I didn’t want to leave negative feedback, and I am willing to erase this negative feedback if they refund me as promised. The seller is only responsive when you file a complaint.
