I feel the right to my freedom of speech and duty to further inform the public of the unprofessional an unethical behavior of this dentist and his head assistant. Dr.Steven D. Anderson and Vanita Michelle Smith aka Shelley have now officially ruined two marriages with conduct that began in this dental facility. This dentist has had to leave his Morman church and faith due to his adultry and divorced his wife of 24 year with two minor children to marry his head assistant Vanita Michelle Smith whom is admitted to have been having sex with this dentist AT the dental office before either divorce was ever filed. This dentist propositioned a married assistant which is at the most unethical an unprofessional conduct an employer should behave at towards of all people a married woman as he was married himself. For someone to perform oral health on you or your family you would hope he would make better judgement and decisions and perform at a higher level of professionalism an ethics. Not so with Dr.Steven D. Anderson whom turned his back on his faith, wife and children for an assistant who has now been married up to SEVEN times which will make this dentist her EIGHT husband. Not a man who thinks nor conducts himself like a professional. I feel it's my right to periodically inform the public they do have a choice with dentist to trust your family in care of. Please contact me for proof of these statements or names for Vanita Michelle Smith's long line of ex-husbands. Yours truly.......

Mr. Parrish T. Sheffield has admitted that his post is full of falsehoods. The following statement is part of a Consent Order and Motion For Contempt of a Permanent Protective Order against Parrish T. Sheffield adjudicated on February 5, 2013.
I, Parrish T. Sheffield, wish to retract the libelous and defamatory statements I posted on the internet about Ms. Vanita Michelle Smith and Dr. Steven Anderson.
I apologize for my actions and sincerely regret what I have done.
I knowingly posted libelous and defamatory statements about these two individuals in an attempt to viciously harm them and their good reputations.
The following is a correct account of the facts:
Vanita Michelle Smith started working for Dr. Anderson in March 2010.
She and I were married at that time, but our marriage was failing.
She moved out of our marital residence for the third and final time in October 2010.
Dr. Anderson and Vanita did not start dating until December 2010 and had no romantic relationship before this time, nor did Dr. Anderson flirt with Vanita or hit on her before they were both legally separated and completely resolved to divorce their respective spouses.
During 2010, Dr. Anderson was in the process of leaving the Mormon Church and separating from his wife for reasons that had nothing to do with Vanita.
Dr. Anderson and is wife finally resolved to divorce in November 2010.
Dr. Andersons divorce decree specifically listed his wifes behavior as a precipitating factor in the cause of the divorce and did not list adultery as a precipitating factor.
In March 2011, I was arrested and served 29 days in jail for violating an ongoing Stalking Ex Parte Temporary Protective Order previously in place to protect Vanita from my tendencies and behavior.
A Permanent Protective Order was set in place in May 8, 2012.
I since violated the Permanent Protective Order and entered a consent agreement on October 9, 2012.
Vanita has been married before, but Dr. Anderson will not be her eighth husband.
I was never a dental patient of Dr. Anderson and I am unqualified to judge his professional abilities.
