Soul Media has an online website at beahacker.com. There they have pictures of products that you can buy. I emailed the given address to see if there was actually someone there.

The person e-mailed me back and assured me that it was a legitimate business. I sent off my money and never got anything in the mail. I emailed the same address and didn't get a reply for about 2 weeks. They never sent me my money back or my products.

I figured that I was ripped off and begged them to give me my money back but no one ever replied.

Leslie, I am sorry that you are a victim of this company also. I have filed a separate complaint on this website detailing my experience. I want to let you know that I am filing a complaint with the United States Postal Service today online. I experienced the same problem as you did; sent money, receipt of money evidenced by proof of cashing the money order, no product sent, and they fail to respond to any emails. I do not have a phone number to contact them; maybe you do? If so please let me know so I can call them.

How to get this guy caught

Hey!

I want this scammer to be caught. He stole a lot of my money. I talked with multiple law enforcement agencies and none of them offered me help. The only way that I found is going through the USPS Postal Inspection's fraud complaint form.

Anyone who is scammed by this person, please file a complain with them. I've been told that if they recieve enough complaints then the person will be investigated. I was also notified that they need just a few more complaints and they will investigate this person.
