Andy's Autosport They will screw you over!! Milpitas California

This is actually a fairly long story so I'll leave some details out.

I ordered a Chargespeed widebody rear bumper from Andy's at the end of April 2007. I get a call saying that it would be shipped within two weeks from the distributor. Well, a couple of weeks after that call I still don't have it. I find out that it's apparently on backorder. Wouldn't they have known that when I got the first call?? A guy then tells me that it could be two months before I get it. This is where I start to get a bit annoyed.

In June I get a bumper out of nowhere, and guess what, it's the wrong one. This is when I find out they have the same part number on their system and website for the regular Chargespeed rear bumper and the widebody one. Apparently they can't do their homework and make sure part numbers are right. So the wrong one gets sent back and I'm told I'll be getting the right one, just not sure when exactly.

About a month and a half later the bodyshop where my car is at tells me they got another one in but it's still the same type, so that gets sent back too. Now I'm fairly upset, not just annoyed. Andy's tell me that the widebody bumper is on backorder and their not sure when the distributor will get it in. I'm about ready to fly out to California and show up on their doorstep.

I keep getting the runaround from them and whenever I call it just happens that there isn't a manager around. They're either at lunch, have the day off, or whatever bullcrap reason they give me. It's now 7 months later and I still don't have my bumper or my money back. I just called them today and they said my account was sent to their accounting department yesterday for me to get my money back. I requested this three weeks ago.

Today I went on the BBB's website and noticed they have received over 380 complaints about Andy's Autosport and that they're not exactly a respected business with them. I submitted a complaint with them but who knows if that will help. Hopefully I'll find out soon.
