EDITOR’S COMMENT(3/18/2020):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

Never in my life have I dealt with such vicious and utterly incompetent people.  (((REDACTED))) and her staff, (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))), haven't got a clue when it comes to managing trusts.  Lack of business ethics is what I hear over and over again, when I speak to others about (((REDACTED))).  "People roll their eyes when her name comes up" One person said.  "I've heard numerous similar complaints about her, but never a resolution" Says another.

The regulatory government office that supervises (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))), is The Professional Fiduciary Bureau of the State of California.  The office employs four case workers for the entire state.  There is only one case worker for every 10,000,000 Californians!  (((REDACTED))) and her staff are taking full and unfair advantage of this lack of regulatory oversight.  They pretty much think that they can do whatever they want, once you sign over your trust money to them to manage.  They are extremely abusive and unprofessional in their business dealings.

There is no question that (((REDACTED))) is negligent in a fiduciary capacity regarding my trust benefit.  I am being abused and exploited by "(((REDACTED)))" and her associates.  I feel sorry for others that she is no doubt taking advantage of too:  The elderly, Minors, and our Court System. 

Unscrupulous greed is what motivates (((REDACTED))), not serving her community.
