I noticed an illegal transaction by BILL.MS.NET866 672 4551 on my credit card this month May, 2007 and immediately file a dispute transaction with my Bank.
I personally want to warn all CARD users to be careful so that this criminal will not be able to take chances on such illegal deal.
Until then, I do wish that everyone will be sincere to stop all Internet Fraud once and for all.
