anil Uppal has sistematcly ripped of people in three cities in the state of michigan, in antario, and is now in florida waiting to do the same. in Michigan he creted five companies so he can shuffle funds around and he can keep stealing. accu homes, accu homes Marshall Fields, Accu Services, Accu Homes Grand Blanc, accu construction that i know of!
he has just left many people unpaid and left for florida, i dont have the money to pay for a lawer to even file a law suit if i do there is probably no money in that company he has took it all out probably. so ABIL UPPAL you see any of the names, or Pearl bay homes LLC now in floride know he is there to steal money.
he owes me about $ 7,000.00 that might not be a lot for these lawers or some big company but for me, i got to feed my wife and kids with this, i worked 12 hour days to make that money, and i had to invest about 3000 in materials

As your response comes from a person with initials simular to ones of his wife, and as his wife is a Real Estate Agent, I have to wonder who JDD is. I wonder what the state of Florida would have to say about what Anil Uppal did in the state of Michigan. Maybe my next stop will be a letter to Florida's Attoney General.
Trust me, Anil Uppal is a scam artiat, and as soon as thing start getting tight in Florida, and he starts owing money to more people than money he has coming in, then Pearl Bay Homes will be gone, but then I did check his license for this business in Florida and it has lapsed, so maybe he is on his way out of Florida, as I write this.

I have worked for Anil Uppal both as a Subcontractor and have also assisted him in finishing up a significant project here in Southwest Florida. I have found Anil to be professional and ethical in all of the dealings I have had with him. He has paid me and all of the subs I have come into contact with on or before the payment was due.
I do not know the history of the complaint here, but I would not base my opinion of a man solely on one negative report. I have been in the industry twenty years and have seen similar cases of misleading characterizations based on allegations of this nature when indeed there was another clearly valid side of the story. I have worked for national builders for most of my career and this type of activity has occurred from time to time primarily when a sub failed to perform according to contract terms and refused to make the necessary corrections.
In conclusion I would like to again state that all of my dealings with Anil Uppal have been professional and ethical and the allegations in this complaint are not in character with the Anil I have come to know.
