Yes we fell for it, hook line and sinker. We bought 11 combo machines. Within 4 yrs cooling parts failed. 5 machines went bad, $ 600 each to have them repaired. No one to answer the phones at Antares Corp. always bizzy. 800 # not for them anymore. Possible Identity Theft as well, still gathering all evidence.
