I just want to let other people know my experience with this company in hopes that other people do not go through what I went through. I ordered from this company twice. The first order was 1 kilo of Remy human hair and it was fine. So I ordered again and the hair was terrible. It was not Remy quality and I don't know if it was even human hair, because it was so coarse and smelled so odd.
Normally they do not accept PayPal, but I convinced them to allow me to pay by PayPal, which was a lifesaver to me. I tried to contact the company by email but was consistently ignored. So I disputed the second transaction on PayPal and sent the hair back. The owner, Anuraj, initially denied my complaint but then PayPal decided in my favor since I had returned the hair.
This company deletes bad reviews on their Facebook page, so I'm putting my review here and hopefully it will save someone a headache.

First of all we had never done business with anyone in alabama state as the report above suggests. If the report is filed by our competitor in our local market to damage the reputation of our company, then this report won't have a reply to my rebuttal here.
If it is not by our competitor, i can guess the person from USA who bought the hair from us, the persons email is (((redacted))) this person is not from Alabama state, she is hiding her identity to cover her scam.
She bought good hair from us and then she complained on paypal to get refund immediately, despite our pleas that we will replace the hair, if it doesn't satisfy your needs. but the person didn't listen like a scam artist does and immediately asked for a refund. She sent us all bad hair, taking our good hair.
We lost money as well hair because of this person. Beware all exporters who are buying from this person, i already gave the email. Try to avoid this kind of traps. They take your hair and send bad shitty hair to you.
I AM REPORTING THIS PERSON TO INDIAN AND CHINESE HAIR EXPORTER ASSOCIATION. First of all , if this person is real please reveal your identity. We know you are a scammer with wrong identity.
